JobHexa provides digital services related to resume optimization using AI. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are final.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once a payment has been successfully completed.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances.

3. No Cancellation

Once a purchase or subscription is made, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

You will retain access to the purchased service as per the plan duration, but no cancellations or reversals are allowed.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but service not delivered

Such cases will be reviewed individually at our sole discretion.

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
